Westbury and Tetsworth will compete for the Airey Cup for the second year in a row after both came through their semi-finals.
Westbury upset East Oxford by two wickets, while Tetsworth edged past Marcham by nine runs.
Andy Clarke took 5-18 as Westbury dismissed East Oxford for just 108, before edging to victory.
Rocky Burke top-scored with 32 not out in Tetsworth’s 176 all out.
Marcham managed only 167-7 in reply.
