The ladies’ singles final in the Oxford & District Darts Association’s Knockout competition will be a repeat of last season’s summer final after Paulette Guy and Kim Ledbury both won through.
Both play for Premier champions Shelley Arms C.
The ladies’ seven-a-side semi-final saw Premier League runners-up Shelley Arms D defeat Shelley Arms C 5-2.
The other semi-final saw Section 1 Berinsfield Community Centre B take on Section 3 Donnington Community Centre A, and the underdogs, with wins from Ann Ranger and Rose Swanton, Ann Marks and Anne Bishton, booked their place in the final after a brilliant 4-3 win.
The men’s quarter and semi-finals were played at Marston RBL and the White Horse defeated Littlemore British Legion 4-0 to book their semi-final spot.
Premier League runners-up Railway Social Club A beat Section 1 champions College Oak A 4-2.
Premier side Shears battled their way past Section 3 Quarry Gate in a pulsating game which The Shears won 4-3.
Premier champions Original Swan A had a bye in the quarters.
In the semi-finals, Shears defeated White Horse 4-2.
In the other semi, Railway Social Club beat Original Swan 4-3. The match was decided in the final game when Olly Varney, although nearly 70, showed he has lost none of his amazing ability, as he beat Tim Tricken 2-0.
