Former Oxfordshire FA chairman Ray Mills died on Thursday night, aged 78.
A former referee, Mr Mills (pictured right) was appointed as an OFA vice-president on standing down.
He still organised the Oxfordshire Senior Cup, a job he had been doing for more than 20 years.
There will be a minute’s silence in his memory before next week’s two semi-finals.
