The track's youngest trainer, Michael Peterson, notched a brilliant 293, while there were double centuries for Tony Magnasco (215), Gilly Hepden (207) and Maurice Massey (205).

l NORTH EVEN Blue, the Terry Kibble-trained dog voted Greyhound of the Year by the racing office, is to keep his title despite being disqualified for deliberate interference recently.
