Cambridge captain Jon Dawson has named six Blues in his starting XV, along with former Australian international lock Dan Vickerman.
Their build up has not been as smooth as Oxford’s, with the Light Blues suffering heavy defeats to the Ospreys, Saracens and Worcester.
Cambridge also lost to the Steele Bodger’s XV, the equivalent of the Major Stanley’s fixture at Iffley Road, and couldn’t field any replacement props against Northampton.
But the Light Blues, who are targeting a fourth win in a row, have a habit of rising to the occasion at Twickenham.
