John Fathers Oxfordshire Junior Shield
North Berks League side Benson AFC struck three times in the second half to despatch Witney & District FA outfit Minster Lovell 3-0 in the third round.
Minster’s Leo Haines hit the bar in the first half, but after the break Benson called the tune.
Jim Oliver smashed the ball in from the edge of the area, before Oliver’s cross was headed in by Nick Skiller for No 2.
Minster’s misery was completed when Chris Smith headed into his own net as he tried to clear a Skiller cross.
Benson are now in the last 16 where they will be away to either The Swan or FC Hollybush.
