Headington recorded their first away win of the season in Division 1 West thanks to three first-half goals.

Amateurs went behind in the 16th minute, a defensive error letting in Winchcombe to score.

The visitors equalised when Jay Hill’s right-wing cross was converted by Shaun Jacobs.

Two goals just before half-time from Hill and Darren Smith put Headington in charge at 3-1.

Headington secured the win just after the break when Luke Cuff scored a fine individual goal.

Letcombe came from behind for the second successive week to record their first ever victory at Tytherington.

The visitors went behind when Mark Viner headed in off the inside of a post following a corner.

Letcombe equalised early in the second half, when Tom Patten fired in a 20-yard free-kick.

Mark Denny had two great chances to put Letcombe in front, but his first effort struck a defend.

The winner came two minutes from time when Richard Claydon netted from close range.

Clanfield were denied victory ten minutes from time as Cirencester scored to pick up a lucky point.

The visitors , who dominated possession, took the lead after 51 minutes when right back Stuart Hicks burst past three defenders and netted with a fierce 20-yard shot.

Cirencester equalised from a controversial free-kick which David Griffin planted home from 20 yards.
