Oxfordshire arrowsmith Kevin McDine beat wormen’s world champion Anastasia Dobromyslova to move into the second round of the Grand Slam of Darts at Wolverhampton.
Needing to win his final group game to qualify for the last 16, the 23-year-old triumphed 5-2, and now faces Mervyn King.
PDO world champion Phil Taylor also went through with a 5-1 win over Vincent van der Voort.
