Amanda Townsend smashed a treble as Brize Norton continued their good start in Thames Valley League Division 2 with a 5-1 victory at Chinnor Res.
Townsend put Brize in front, before Stacey Beevor doubled their lead from a corner.
Chinnor pulled one back shortly after, only for Claire Johnson to make it 3-1.
Brize were rewarded with two more goals from Townsend in the second half.
Ducklington beat Marlow Town 3-2 in Division 3.
They conceded a penalty inside ten minutes.
Within 60 seconds, Ducklington were level through Samantha Talbot.
Karen Slatter gave Ducklington the lead from a tight angle, Marlow equalised just before half-time, but Talbot's second sealed it.
