Blewbury pulled off a shock 4-2 win over Hellenic League side Shrivenham Res in the Berks & Bucks Intermediate Cup first round.
Jack Hogan (2), Adam Bailey and Lawrence Hoey gave Blewbury a four-goal cushion, before Shrivenham clawed back two late goals.
Danny Courtney's second-half brace gave Faringdon Town a 2-0 win against Harwell Village.
Crowmarsh Gifford came from a goal down to beat Steventon 2-1, with Dan Keeler and a 35-yard strike from Andy Allum on target.
