PETER Kioso believes that Ben Nelson is destined for the very top of the game.
Leicester City loanee Nelson has come into the side and started the last two games for Oxford United, making an eye-catching contribution at the heart of the defence.
U’s right back Kioso said: “Nels has come in and done what he’s needed to do. Credit to him, he’s still a young lad and I feel like he’ll go to the very top in football, just from his mentality and how he reads the game, and how composed he is.
“It’s hard to see that in football nowadays from a player that young, but it’s credit to Nels. He’s come in and waited for his time to be given to him, and he’s taken it with both hands.”

Kioso meanwhile formed an exciting partnership with Kyle Edwards when the winger came on at half-time during the midweek draw at Luton Town.
“It’s not just Kyle, but everyone I’ve played with on that right-hand side, I’ve enjoyed,” said Kioso.
“I’ve always said to them I don’t want them to be doing too much defending, I’d rather they focus on their attacking, and let me worry about the defensive side of it.
“Tuesday was quite enjoyable, not just with Kyle in the second half, but in the first half, it was enjoyable with Owen [Dale] as well.
“In the second half, we did have quite a lot of opportunities down that side, but that mainly comes down to Kyle and the work that he’s done to make sure when he’s here, he’s ready to go.”
