OXFORD United fans have helped raise more than £2,000 for the Joey Beauchamp Foundation.
The foundation was launched in February, aiming to address the ‘pressing need for mental health support and awareness within our community’.

U’s supporters group OxVox set up a Crowdfunder to support the foundation, with that online fundraiser bringing in £2,043, including £84 donated at the fans’ forum last month.
The foundation, in honour of arguably United’s greatest ever player, is looking to drive mental health awareness campaigns, reduce stigma and encourage help-seeking behaviour, create support programmes for individuals and families impacted by mental health issues, and engage with local organisations, schools and communities.
