Torrential rain washed out the second day of Oxfordshire's Minor Counties Championship Western Division match against Cheshire at Alderley Edge.
Cheshire were due to resume their first innings at 187-6, with former Derbyshire player Nathan Dumelow unbeaten on 80.
But heavy rain during the morning meant play was unable to start, and with the ground flooded the game was called off for the day early in the afternoon.
With only three hours play possible on Sunday, the match looks set for a draw.
Scores: Cheshire 187-6 (N Dumelow 80no, J Duffy 61) v Oxfordshire.
