BANBURY United’s three-game unbeaten run came to an end with a 3-0 defeat at home to Buxton.
Jak McCourt scored twice before half an hour had been played at Spencer Stadium, with his second coming from the penalty spot.
Jordan Burrow added a third goal for the Derbyshire outfit shortly before the half-time break.
The result leaves Mark Jones’ side 19th in Vanarama National League North, with seven points from their opening six games.

Didcot Town picked up their first point of the Southern League Premier South campaign with a 2-2 draw at Hungerford Town.
Sean Moore gave the hosts a fourth-minute lead, however the Railwaymen hit back straight away through Robbie Gallagher.
Hungerford regained the lead after 21 minutes via Conor McDonagh, but Andi Noka levelled again in first half stoppage time.
The draw sees Didcot remain second from bottom in the table after six games.

In Southern League Central Division, North Leigh climbed to third with a 2-1 win at home to Cirencester Town.
After their opening day defeat against Barton Rovers, the Millers have won three games on the bounce.
Lance Williams gave them the lead against Cirencester, before Lynton Goss came up with the winner nine minutes from time.
Kidlington won 2-1 at Thame United, to claim their first three points of the season.
Connor Ferguson grabbed a first half brace for the visitors, before Wiktor Mazowski pulled a goal back four minutes into the second period.
