Matt Launchbury launched a one-man demolition job to steer Marcham to a six-wicket victory at home to Shriven- ham in Division 1 on Saturday.

Chasing 239 for victory, Marcham lost their two openers for ducks, before Launchbury took over.

In an incredible innings of 172 not out, he reached his 150 off just 76 balls as Marcham cruised home with more than eight overs to spare.

Earlier, Shrivenham had posted an imposing 238-3, with Mark Whale scoring 104, Danny Lloyd 56 and young Alex Kill 48 not out.

Ben Rae smashed his fifth century in seven games as Westbury saw off Charlbury by six wickets.

The home side had been bowled out for 186, Ashley Rump top-scoring with 70, but Westbury eased to victory with Rae scoring 100 not out.

Hyron Shallow was the key to Tetsworth's victory over Minster Lovell - but not with the bat!

After a rare failure by the West Indian, Tetsworth were thankful to Roland Burke (76) as they posted 218-9.

Shallow's heroics came with the ball as his 6-26 saw Minster tumble to 120 all out.

Veteran Eddie Howard shone with bat and ball to inspire Oxford Caribbean to a three-wicket win over Great Horwood.

He took 4-9 as Horwood were bowled out for 11, before hitting 50 in Caribbean's 167-7.

In Division 2, deadly duo Tauqeer Hussain and Mohammad Sarfraz resumed hostilities as East Oxford thumped Watlington by 167 runs.

Tauqeer scored 74 in East Oxford's 198-8, before teaming up with Mohammad Sarfraz to skittle Watlington for just 31.

He took 6-10, with Sarfraz claiming 4-15.

Neil Bound's 69 saw Garsington to a three-wicket win over Freeland.

Ian Harris (66) and Les Hole (45) helped Freeland to 183 all out, Steve Prew claiming 4-16, but Bound and Asif Shah (38) saw Garsington to victory.

Hook Norton edged a thriller against Marsh Gibbon by one run. They were bowled out for 147, before Adam Webb (3-14) and Gary Wilson (3-26) saw Marsh Gibbon dismissed for 146.

In Division 3, Fringford's 100 per cent record was ended by Witney Swifts, who moved up to second place in the table.

Swifts rattled up 233-7, young Charlie Fisher top-scoring with 66.

Fringford got close as John Bacon hit 81 and Ian Hedley 56 not out, but Alan Williams's 5-27 saw them finally dismissed for 205.

In Division 4, Chris Buckingham and Ramesh Chennagiri were the stars as Deddington beat Combe by five wickets.

Buckingham took 7-14 and Chennagiri 3-20 in Combe's 125.

Deddington were then grateful to Chennagiri's 79 not out as they replied with 128-5.

East Oxford 2nd suffered their first defeat of the season in Division 5 as Kennington won by 116 runs.

Umar Azmeh finished unbeaten on 99 in Kennington's 216-9, East Oxford replying with 100.

Jason Fuller hammered 110 in Cassington's 245-7 against Great Horwood 2nd.

In Division 6, Paul Davies claimed 7-23 to help Chesterton to a seven-wicket victory over Wolvercote.
