Oxfordshire were well beaten by a much stronger and more experienced Devon side in their ECB Women's County Championship Division 5 South & West match at Bovey Tracey.
The final result of a 233-run loss was indebted to a 283 first-wicket stand between Devon's Heather Knight (190) and Vicky Bowden (88no).
Oxon's bowlers were punished remorselessly for bad balls by some superb strokeplay.
Oxfordshire never got going in reply, and were bowled out for just 65.
