BANBURY United extended their winless run to eight matches in Vanarama National League North, after conceding a late equaliser at home to Chester.
The Puritans fell behind to a Kurt Willoughby penalty after 20 minutes, but brought the scores level three minutes later through Sam Brown.
Andy Whing’s side then took the lead when Giorgio Rasulo netted on 64 minutes.
However, with two minutes to go, Anthony Dudley rescued a point for the visitors, stretching the Puritans’ winless run in the league to eight games.
Oxford City were beaten 1-0 at Worthing in National League South, Callum Kealy scoring the only goal of the game after 63 minutes.
In Southern League Central Division, Thame United won 4-1 at home to Harlow Town.
