New captain Peter Clarke has eight other Blues in his Oxford University squad to face the Penguins at Iffley Road on Tuesday (7.15pm).
Clarke starts at openside flanker, while wing Jonan Boto, who has four Blues, and prop Richard Matthews, who has two, are making their final appearances.
Penguins include Henley Hawks trio Gethin Derrin, Steve Robinson and Tom Muggeridge plus British Army pair Perceli Nackavamuto and Ledua Jope, who recently starred for Reading against Chinnor.
