The clash at Banbury CC (11am) features two sides unbeaten in NCCA Trophy Group 1.
Cumbria will look to preserve their 100 per cent record, having won their first two matches, while Oxon are aiming to build on their five-wicket win at Herefordshire a fortnight ago.
Oxon make one change to the XI that triumphed at Eastnor, as Luke Charlesworth replaces George Tait.
The hosts hold the T20 and Championship trophies and are going for a hat-trick of NCCA titles.
