OXFORD United will be backed by a sold-out away end when they make the short trip to Wycombe Wanderers next Saturday.

The U's were allocated 1,808 seats for the Sky Bet League One clash at Adams Park on January 15 and the last ticket was snapped up earlier today.

With just 28 miles separating the clubs, United always take a big following to Wycombe.

But their respective positions in the table adds an extra dimension to this season's game.

The U's are fifth in the table, one place and two points below the Chairboys, although this could change before next weekend.

It is also the first time United have visited Wycombe in the league since September 2018, when the sides drew 0-0.

The U's were scheduled to travel to Adams Park on March 21, 2020, but the season was suspended the week before due to the coronavirus pandemic.
