OXFORD United’s New Year’s Day opponents Cheltenham Town have postponed tomorrow’s game at MK Dons.
The Robins, who are scheduled to travel to the Kassam Stadium in just four days’ time, called off the Sky Bet League One clash this afternoon.
In a statement, the club said they do not have a sufficient number of players to fulfil the fixture after ‘taking into account injuries and positive Covid-19 cases’.

Cheltenham did not mention Saturday’s game at the Kassam Stadium in the release.
It comes after Robins manager Michael Duff and defender Mattie Pollock missed the 2-0 Boxing Day defeat to Plymouth Argyle following positive tests.
Several other members of the squad were absent after they were forced to isolate, while Gloucestershire Live reports that more Covid cases have since been recorded.
United's scheduled trip to Portsmouth was one of eight League One matches postponed on Boxing Day.
The U's have not played since losing 3-2 to Wigan Athletic on December 18, but are scheduled to return to action against AFC Wimbledon tomorrow evening (7.45pm).
