BEN Dudzinski is not getting carried away as he aims to help Oxford City continue their incredible defensive record this weekend.
David Oldfield’s side have kept five consecutive clean sheets in Vanarama National League South, having last conceded against Chelmsford City on October 23.
It has helped City, who welcome 12th-placed Chippenham Town to Court Place Farm tomorrow, climb to second in the table.
“I’m feeling good,” goalkeeper Dudzinski told the club’s official website.
“However, I’d probably feel the same coming off the back of conceding five in a row, it’s really important going into every game to keep a level head.”
“The clean sheets are the result of all of our work as a team.”
Elsewhere, third-placed Banbury United host Pitching In Southern League Premier Central leaders Coalville Town.
The Puritans have not played since the 2-1 defeat at St Ives Town six days ago, their first loss of the league season.
Banbury drew 1-1 at Coalville on November 23.
In Division 1 Central, fifth-placed North Leigh welcome Bedford Town, who sit second.
Didcot Town are at home to Hertford Town, while Wantage Town welcome Welwyn Garden City.
Kidlington visit Waltham Abbey and Thame United go to Kempston Rovers.
