OXFORD City Stars return to action with two tough games this weekend.
Dean Birrell’s side are in Essex tomorrow to take on Raiders, who sit fourth in NIHL Division One South.
That is followed by a home game against second-placed Solent Devils on Sunday, with face-off at 6.15pm.
Stars are eighth in the table and chasing their maiden win of the campaign, but they did claim their first point against MK Thunder last time out before losing in overtime.
A blank weekend has allowed them to take stock, while they have games in hand against all the teams above them.
Stars have contested four matches, while Solent and Raiders have already played two and three more respectively.
