TYLER Goodrham's loan spell at Hayes & Yeading United has been extended.

The Oxford United teenager will spend an extra month at the Pitching In Southern League Premier South leaders, following an excellent first three weeks at the club.

Goodrham, 18, scored on debut and has caught the eye with his displays on the wing.

Academy manager Dan Harris told the club’s official website: “It has worked out really well for all of us.

“Hayes are flying at the moment in the league and are through to the next round of the FA Cup as well.

“It’s a great experience for Ty who has been playing well and we are getting very positive reports on his progress.

"That has led to teams higher up the pyramid asking about his availability, which is nice, but the loan has worked well so far and we are happy to extend it.

“We thank Hayes for the way they are looking after him and helping his progress."

Goodrham is one of four United youngsters out on loan, along with Michael Elechi, Ben Watt and Leon Chambers-Parillon.

The latter was an unused substitute for Gloucester City on Saturday, 24 hours after his move to the Vanarama National League South club was confirmed.
