OXFORDSHIRE'S clubs have found out their opponents in the Emirates FA Cup second qualifying round.

Teams who play in Vanarama National Leagues North and South enter the competition at this stage, with Oxford City drawn at Frome Town.

David Oldfield's side reached the second round proper last season, losing to Sky Bet League One outfit Shrewsbury Town 1-0 in extra time.

They start their 2021/22 campaign against a Frome side who play two tiers below them, in Pitching In Southern League Division One South.

Banbury United also impressed in last season's competition, getting to the first round proper - the furthest they had reached since 1973.

They visit Northern Premier League side Nantwich Town after beating Oxfordshire neighbours Ardley United 1-0 on Saturday.

The other county club left in the draw is Thame United, who were denied victory at Margate by a 92nd-minute equaliser.

If they win tomorrow's first qualifying round replay they visit Isthmian League Premier Division side Merstham.

The Surrey side lost 5-0 at home to Oxford United in the first round proper five years ago.

The ties will take place on Saturday, September 18.
