Oxford United's independent supporters group, OxVox, are holding a meeting at the Kassam Stadium before Saturday's game against Altrincham to discuss the current slump - and all are invited to attend.
OxVox chairman Trevor Lambert told members in a newsletter last week that they were concerned about the financial implications of the slump.
And, that they would be looking with the club at any ways that the trust and supporters in general could help.
The pre-match meeting is from 1.30pm-2.15pm in the Quadrangle, in the Landmark Room.
It is accessed via the sprial staircase in the South Stand Exhibition Bar.
Lambert said: "We are happy on this occasion to invite along non-members as well as members to the meeting.
"And we plan to have a speaker from Supporters Direct."
