EDDIE Pepperell is participating in a tournament a little closer to home this weekend.
The Abingdon golfer tees off at the Dubai Duty Free Irish Open this afternoon, as he aims to bounce back from a disappointing display at the BMW International Open.
Pepperell missed the cut for the first time since April last weekend, falling short by two shots in Munich.
The Frilford Heath member has the chance to make amends immediately and tees off alongside Dane Rasmus Hojgaard and Maximilian Kieffer, from Germany, in Co Kilkenny.
Pepperell begins his opening round at 1.30pm.
