OXFORDSHIRE will play their first National Counties Cricket Association (NCCA) match in almost two years tomorrow.

Jonny Cater takes his side over the border to Berkshire for the 50-over match at Falklands CC.

The 12-man squad includes 17-year-old James Coles, who signed his first Sussex contract last month.

Oxon are in NCCA Western Division 1 alongside tomorrow’s opponents, plus Cheshire, Dorset and Wiltshire.

Last season’s competition was cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic, while they finished fourth in the ten-team division two years ago.
