OXFORD United will host Sky Bet League Two side Tranmere Rovers for a place in the Papa John's Trophy final at Wembley.
The U's were handed their fourth successive home tie in this evening's semi-final draw.
If United win the last four clash, which will be played on February 16 or 17, they will contest the final on Sunday, March 14.
Tranmere were relegated from League One last season, after the campaign was decided on a points-per-game formula.
United last played the Merseyside club in September 2019, winning 3-0.
The U's route to the semi-finals began by winning Southern Group D, before they beat Forest Green Rovers on penalties after a 1-1 draw in round two.
They overcame Cambridge United 1-0 in the third round, to set up Tuesday's quarter-final against AFC Wimbledon.
