OXFORD United fans can buy tickets for their first game in nine months tomorrow morning.

Season-ticket holders will be able to secure their seat for next Saturday's Sky Bet League One clash with Hull City online at oufctickets.co.uk from 10am.

The game at the Kassam Stadium is United's first in front of fans since March and serves as a pilot fixture, with capacity limited to 1,000.

It comes with Oxfordshire set to go into tier two of coronavirus restrictions when lockdown ends on Wednesday, with the club hoping to allow 2,000 supporters into future matches if Saturday's trial is successful.

Fans will be able to snap up a maximum of six seats for people in their social bubble, but only if they all have season tickets.

The club will be monitoring sales to ensure supporters follow the rules, while on the day they must sit in their allocated seat.

No away fans can attend and all stands will be open.

Supporters cannot exchange tickets and anyone breaching the rules will be subject to sanctions, including having their season ticket cancelled.

Further checks will be made on matchday and United are reminding all supporters to follow all the safety protocols.

Fans cannot book over the phone or at the Kassam Stadium's ticket office and seats will go off sale at 5pm on Tuesday if capacity has not been reached.

All supporters can gain access using a one-off paper ticket, with a £1 postage fee per order.

The game will be available for free to all season-ticket holders on iFollow.

United fans last watched a home game on February 29, a 2-1 win over Southend United, while they last attended a match a week later when their side won 3-2 at Shrewsbury Town.

The club will announce ticketing protocol for the Papa John’s Trophy fixture with Forest Green Rovers, scheduled to take place on Tuesday, December 8, early next week.
