JOEL Cooper has again been left out of Northern Ireland's matchday squad for tonight's UEFA Nations League match with Austria.
The Oxford United winger is part of a 26-strong group for this international break, which consists of three fixtures.
Cooper, who is uncapped at senior level, was not in the 23-man squad for Thursday's Euro 2020 play-off in Bosnia-Herzegovina.
Ian Baraclough's side won the tie on penalties, so will reach the tournament next summer with a win at home to Slovakia next month.
Despite five changes being made for tonight's match in Belfast, Cooper - who is missing three United games while on duty - is once more omitted from the matchday squad.
There have been no reports about a fitness issue with the 24-year-old.
Northern Ireland play again next week, visiting Norway on Wednesday.
