JOEL Cooper is not among the squad for Northern Ireland's UEFA Euro 2020 play-off semi-final tonight.
The Oxford United winger is waiting for his first senior international cap, having been called up to the squad for the first time last month, but was invited to Euro 2016 to train with the squad.
He is among a 26-man squad, but there are only 12 substitutes permitted on a match day, so Cooper is one of three to miss out altogether.

The stakes are high against Bosnia-Herzegovina, with tonight's winners in Sarajevo will be one victory away from booking a place at the rearranged Euro 2020.
They will host either Republic of Ireland or Slovakia in the final next month.
Cooper has two other chances to feature in this international break.
Northern Ireland host Austria on Sunday and then visit Norway next Wednesday in the UEFA Nations League.
