MARK Sykes will have to wait until June at the earliest to make his international debut after Northern Ireland's play-off clash with Bosnia & Herzegovina was postponed.

A meeting at UEFA today agreed to delay Euro 2020 for 12 months following the upheaval caused by measures aimed at dealing with the coronavirus outbreak.

The uncapped Sykes, who joined Oxford United from Glenavon 14 months ago, had been called up to Michael O'Neill's squad for the game in Bosnia, which was a play-off semi-final.
