ELLIOT Benyon hit a hat-trick to fire Oxford City into the Oxfordshire Senior Cup final.
Kyran Wiltshire was also on target as the defending champions won 4-2 against hosts Banbury United.
They had to respond to an early setback, as Lewis Wilson opened the scoring in the sixth minute.
Benyon levelled, pouncing on a rebound after Nana Owusu's shot was spilled, but a Ravi Shamsi penalty gave the Puritans a 2-1 lead at half-time.
City though turned the tie on its head, Benyon and Wiltshire scoring within three minutes of the restart.
Benyon completed his treble just before the hour and although Reece Fleet was sent off late on for handling on the line, Craig King saved Wilson's spot kick.
North Leigh and Thame United meet in the other semi-final next Wednesday.
