MARCUS Browne has been ruled out of Oxford United’s trip to Burton Albion tonight.
The forward, on loan from Middlesbrough, picked up an ankle injury during Saturday’s 4-0 defeat at Peterborough United.
He was on the receiving end of two heavy tackles from Nathan Thompson, who was dismissed for a pair of cautions.

United must wait for the swelling to go down before discovering the severity of the problem.
Head coach Karl Robinson said: “Marcus Browne is out. What do you expect with the treatment he gets?
“It’s not good. We’ll see how it settles down but his ankle is in a terrible state.”
