Bob Pincombe put the hosts ahead, but doubles from Richard Garrett and Terry Green, plus John Patey’s triumph (5,290) saw the title challengers home.
Leaders Masons drew 3-3 at Staff Club, despite going 3-1 up through Martyn Wood, Mick Murphy and Alan Lowe.
Chris Bateman (5,740) and Paul Butcher (5,190) secured Staff Club a share of the spoils.
Premier Division table-toppers Vikings A beat their B side 5-1, Mick Jones (9,320 & 8,120) helping his team to a 4-0 lead.
Melvyn Johnson (9,700, break 5,770) pulled one back, before Vinnie Brown lost a 5,870 break to let in Allan Lacey.
Donnington drew 3-3 at Headington Con Club, thanks to Jenny Florey, Melissa Standbridge and Sue Atkins (6,280).
Graham Mildenhall, Sid Ponting and Roger Tomlin (5,750) levelled the scores.
