FORUM C took advantage of the quiet Christmas period to make up ground on the Oxford & District League Division 1 leaders with a 10-0 win over Bicester A.
Michael Kenyon, Jeremy Flint and Andrew Flint all posted maximums to ensure there was little seasonal cheer for their opponents.
Vikings A saw off rivals RAL B to record their 11th straight victory in Division 2.
The table-toppers won 6-4 but they were troubled by Rutherford’s John Talbot, who beat James Speedy and Rob Cleese, while Simon Cox was the star man for Vikings.
The defeat meant Rutherford were overtaken by Forum F, who were 6-4 victors over Bicester B, despite Jack Garner’s maximum.
Witney A’s hopes of avoiding relegation were boosted by a 7-3 triumph over Forum E.
Super-sub Rafal Zdziech achieved a full house, with Witney now four points above bottom-of-the-table Holton A.
