OXFORD City were pegged back three times as they drew with basement side St Albans City at Court Place Farm.
A win would have taken the hosts into the Vanarama National League South’s top ten, but the 3-3 draw, where the final equaliser came in the 90th minute, left them 15th.
Jaanai Gordon’s opener in the sixth minute was cancelled out just after the half-hour mark.
Zac McEachran and Kevin Berkoe were on target in the second half, but each time City were unable to hold on, with Joe Iaciofano bagging the last-gasp strike.
