SNOOKER: Priyan Shah inspired Woodstock to a dramatic 4-3 win over Littlemore D in round two of the Colin Cutler Memorial Trophy.
The Division 1 side faced a team two leagues below them, but Justin Page’s win was all they had to show for the first four frames.
After Page triumphed again, Shah saw off Josh Merritt and Tim Clark to seal Woodstock’s passage into the third round.
Elsewhere, Oxford Bowls thrashed Green Road 4-1 to reach the next stage.
John Williams and Pete Fenn both secured two victories for the Division 2 side.

BILLIARDS: Gorden Cook saw Abingdon Conservative Club to a 4-2 win over Thame in the Hashman Shield
With the visitors 3-2 up, Cook beat Derek Syrett 100-96 in a tight final frame.
