DONCASTER Rovers’ position of tenth in Sky Bet League One arguably fails to do the South Yorkshire side justice.

Darren Moore’s men have played at least a game fewer than most of their rivals and have plenty of players who can hurt Oxford United tomorrow.

BEN WHITEMAN

The 23-year-old signed permanently in January 2018 after enjoying a successful few months on loan from Sheffield United.

He has since established himself at the heart of the club’s midfield, racking up 50 games and five goals last season – but also 13 yellow cards.

JAMES COPPINGER

Even at 38, Coppinger continues to play a major role for Rovers and is his side’s joint-top scorer this season.

The midfielder has made more than 630 appearances in 15 years at the club to make himself Moore’s most reliable lieutenant.

TOM ANDERSON

The centre back has played every league game this season after building on an encouraging first full season with Rovers in 2018/19.

After spending several seasons being loaned out by Burnley, Anderson, now 26, appears to have finally found a permanent home at the Keepmoat Stadium.
