Division 1 East sides Abingdon United and Kidlington Dev went out after home defeats to opposition from the league above.
Abingdon United lost 2-0 to Flackwell Heath, while Kidlington went down 6-1 to Brimscombe and Thrupp.
Milton United are through in the Supplementary Cup, winning 2-0 against Buckingham Athletic.
Billy Janes and Martin Dawson delivered the goals either side of half-time.
In the Oxfordshire Senior Cup, Clanfield 85 progressed after a 2-0 win over Marston Saints.
Josh Gibbens and Kevin Davies came up with the goals for the Division 1 West side.
In league action, Abingdon Town lost 5-0 at Marlow and continue to struggle at the wrong end of the Division 1 East table.
