EDDIE Pepperell completed a superb Alfred Dunhill Links Championship at St Andrews today.
The Abingdon golfer finished the European Tour event on 17-under-par after a fine display over the weekend.
A steady opening two-under round of 70 was followed by a sensational six-under 66 on Friday.
He followed this up with a four-under 68 on Saturday, and today shot a five-under 67.
His total saw him finish in a tie for 15th.
Pepperell was level par after his opening nine holes on Saturday, but then fired four birdies on his back nine for a second successive bogey-free round.
He dropped a shot on the fourth today, but hit back with five birdies in the next six holes to shoot into the top ten.
He picked up further shots at the 12th and 15th, but then back-to-back bogeys stopped his climb up the leaderboard.
However, he finished with a birdie on 18th to cap an impressive display.
