They came from behind to beat Berinsfield 4-2 and seal the crown.
Needing three points to be sure of the title, Oracle trailed 2-1, but wins from Matt Jones, Alan Donavan and Stan Robak secured victory.
West Oxford Democrats Club pipped Donnington to the runners up spot after a 4-2 victory at Vikings.
Mike Jones and Melvyn Johnson put Vikings 2-0 ahead, before the visitors staged a brilliant comeback with Richard Garrett (2), John Patey and top-scorer Billy Hill.
Donnington were surprisingly held to a 3-3 home draw against Gladiators Club and finished in third.
Bletchington signed off with a 5-1 home victory over Masons.
Pete Soanes, Will Cormack and Geoff Powell were on song, with Alan Lowe saving Masons from a whitewash.
