KARL Robinson has told his Oxford United players to take their opportunity against Premier League opposition tonight.
The U's boss has made six changes to the side that started Saturday's 6-0 thrashing of Lincoln City, with George Thorne making his first start and Rob Hall getting a chance against his former club.
Sam Long, Elliot Moore, Shandon Baptiste and Anthony Forde also come into the line-up and Robinson believes his side can challenge the Premier League side.
He said: “It shows you how far we’ve come. We’re only one very quick winger away from the squad that I would have asked for.
“This is a very strong team and, from my point of view, I’ve done all I have to do.
“All those players who have asked a question of me, it’s now over to them to perform.”
