Donnington Club, West Oxford Democrats Club and Oracle have broken away from the pack after 6-0 victories.

Leaders Oracle brushed aside Vikings with wins from Mark Trafford (13,200 & 9,890), Alan Donavan (12,610 & 12,310) and Stan Robak (5,860 & 4,300).

Democrats, who lie second, won at Gladiators thanks to two wins apiece from John Patey and Terry Green.

Billy Hill and Richard Garrett were also victorious.

Lurking in third are Donnington who beat Gladiators away thanks to Dennis Atkins, Mel Standbridge, Jenny Florey, Sue Atkins, Ian Moquet and Dave Tooke.

David Naylor, John Boal and Jack Clements won their opening three games to set Berinsfield on the way to a 5-1 home win over Bletchington.
