Melvyn Johnson put the hosts in front, with Pete Soanes levelling the Oxford & District Summer League fixture.
Two wins from Lewis Stratford (10,840) and Mick Jones, as well as Sean Stratford’s success (3,560) earned Vikings the spoils.
Joint leaders Democrats and Oracle registered wins.
Richard Garrett (5,890 & 5,230), Billy Hill (5,100 & 5,830) and Terry Green (4,670) helped Democrats to a 5-1 victory over Masons, for whom Mick Murphy saved a whitewash.
Mark Trafford (14,580 & 8,880) was in top form in Oracle’s 5-1 defeat of Gladiators.
Donnington won their opening four legs at Berinsfield when triumphing 4-2.
Jenny Florey, Mellissa Standbridge, Ian Moquet (6,980) and Dennis Atkins had put the visitors in control, before John Boal and Glen Filer got the hosts off the mark.
