Riley kept up the pressure at the top of Division 2 as they ended New Club's winning run with a 2-1 success in the Oxford & District League.
Dave White (+80) gave New Club the lead with a 150-86 victory against Allan Copelin (+90).
But Malcolm Bough (+70) hit consecutive breaks of 22, 25 and 27 to swamp Alan King (+40) 200-139 and bring the sides level. King hit a 40 break.
Bough's brother Gary (+70) sealed victory for Riley as he beat Justin Shepherd (+30) 200-149.
Fieldside saw off Morris Motors 2-1.
Paul Robinson (-50) won his fifth game in a row for Fieldside when he beat Roger Tomlin (+50) 200-188 with a 54 break.
Morris's Doug Baker (+70) saw off Lee Stopps (+70) 150-143.
But Bob Chivers (-30) sealed it for Fieldside against Bob Hayward (+70) 200-159.
CCC B got the better of HCC A with a 2-1 home win. Brian Mabbutts (+20) had an exciting win over Ghassan Al-Mroni (+100) 200-191. John Simpson (+30) made it 2-0 when he beat Paul Caria (+100) 200-153. However, John Williams got HCC A their valuable point when he beat Ken Olive (+60) 150-136 helped by a 27 break. Oracle beat visitors Thame 2nd with Matthew Bramall (+100) crushing Tom Fletcher (+70) 150-69 and then Gordon Cooke (+100) beat Peter Hawkes (+125) 100-59. But Nigel Bossom (+30) won his third match in succession for Thame when he just pipped Ted Mlisom (+60) 200-190.
Results: Fieldside 2, Morris Motors 1, Oracle 2, Thame 1; Riley 2, New Club 1, Eynsham v CCC A postponed.
