EQUESTRIAN: Delight for William Fletcher and Alfie Bradstock
FARINGDON'S William Fletcher has been selected for the Great Britain team to compete in the NAF Young Rider European Championship squad.
The competition will take place in Zuidwolde, The Netherlands, from July 7-14.
Meanwhile, Alfie Bradstock, from Letcombe Bassett, near Wantage has secured a double ride in the 2019 Prestige Italia Big Star Championships.
The son of National Hunt trainer Mark saw both Gainsborough and Iburg complete three clear rounds in the qualifying event at Hickstead to book his place in the latter stages.
The National Championships will take place at Stoneleigh Park in Warwickshire from August 6-11.
