OXFORD United will play Fulham in a pre-season friendly at the Kassam Stadium.

The Londoners, favourites for the Sky Bet Championship title following their relegation from the Premier League, are due on Tuesday, July 23.

It is the second and final home warm-up fixture for Karl Robinson's side, who face Queen's Park Rangers three days earlier.

United have not played Fulham in a competitive game since a 5-3 Littlewoods Cup defeat at the Manor in 1989.

The announcement leaves just one game, billed as a prestigious away friendly, yet to be confirmed.
