Bishops Cleeve 0
Oxford City 4 (Gunn 46, Stewart 55, McSporran 77, Cattell 90)
OXFORD City put on a fine second-half show as they marched into the first qualifying round with a convincing victory in Gloucestershire.
The first period sadly lacking in entertainment and goal attempts, but it was a vastly different game after the break.
A minute after the restart, they went ahead when Peter Weirich's corner from the right was headed in by Andy Gunn.
Former City keeper Paul Tassell was in action when he tipped a Jon Gardner effort onto the crossbar, before the ball was cleared.
City doubled their lead on 55 minutes. Jermaine McSporran's well-placed cross found Alex Stewart, who swivelled and planted a shot firmly into the far corner.
It was 3-0 on 77 minutes when substitute James Faulkner saw his effort parried by Tassell, but McSporran followed up to fire home.
The home side failed to produce a shot on goal, giving debutant keeper Steve Smith an easy afternoon.
The fourth goal came in stoppage time as Gardner's corner was powerfully headed home by Stuart Cattell for his first City goal to secure a home tie with Windsor & Eton in two weeks' time.
Oxford City: Smith, Saulsbury, Weirich, Gunn, Cattell, Malone (Pond 80), Gardner, Redknap, Stewart (Faulkner 73), Anya (Jones 73), McSporran. Subs not used: Davis, Williams
